1 - Introduction

Welcome to the YourCashback website. YourCashback is a trading name of Search Professionals Ltd.

Through our website, we enable you to:

  • participate and earn cashback from completing a wide range of online tasks such as:
    • sign up to offers from brands
    • take up subscriptions to specific services
      •  make purchases
    • download apps
    • complete surveys, give opinions or enter quizzes
    • enter competitions
    • play games
    • get free trials
    • watch videos/ films/ adverts and give feedback
  • get cashback from shopping with advertisers that are featured on the site
  • receive coupons from selected companies
  • receive information on cash back offers that we consider to be of interest to you

2 - Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

  • Account means a secure online service provided by YourCashback (subject to the Terms and Conditions) for performance of various actions on the Platform, i.e. to participate in a range of tasks and earn cashback, view the history of actions you have taken, monitor your eligible earnings and cash out and manage your own data in other ways.
  • Advertisers means providers of Goods/Services/Tasks.
  • Application Programming Interface (API) - is a software-to-software interface. APIs provide a secure and standardized way for applications to work together. They deliver the information or functionality requested without user intervention. Acting as messengers, APIs deliver one application’s request to another and return a response in real time.
  • Approved Transactions are transactions that are tracked and approved between the Member and Advertisers.
  • Cashback means money earned from your active participation, as a member, of the YourCashback site. This is earned in two ways.

i) Part of a commission received by YourCashback for your signing up to become a customer of a brand, product or service advertised on our site. The tasks you may choose to participate in are wide ranging. (Advertised tasks)

ii) If you purchase something from a store listed on YourCashback, you will receive a percentage or proportion of the purchase price. (Store purchases)

  • Cash out means monies taken from cash back that you are eligible to.
  • Click History means a record of the time and date that a task was clicked on by you.
  • Commission means your proportion of the money received by us for your signing up to become a customer of a brand, product or service advertised on our site
  • Link out means links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications.
  • Member means a person who participates in a variety of ‘online tasks’ using the YourCashback site
  • Offers  means :
  1.  'Online tasks’ such as: brands to sign up to; subscriptions; opportunities to download apps; making purchases; completing surveys, giving opinions or entering quizzes; entering competitions; playing games; getting free trials and watching films/ adverts
  2. Cash back on shopping for products or services with stores advertised 
  3. Receiving coupons from selected organizations and
  4. Other cash back opportunities that may be identified and offered to you in the future
  • Online task means a piece of work or an activity that is offered on our site that you can choose to participate in to earn cashback.
  • Site or Website www.yourcashback.co.uk
  • Transaction means an action taken by you to participate in an ‘offer’.
  • Unique Identifier (UID) is an exclusive name or number that is assigned to you for identification purposes.
  •  We, our and us means the owner of the YourCashback website, Search Professionals Ltd.
  •  You and your means any person who uses our website.

4 - Your use of the YourCashback website

YourCashback enables providers of tasks, goods and services ("Advertisers ") to promote offers for you to purchase or participate in for cashback, rewards, incentives or other benefits.

It also enables you to receive offers of new opportunities to participate in cash back activities.

4.1 Conditions of use

4.1.1 If you browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and Conditions of use which, together with our privacy policy, set out the way that our service operates.  

4.1.2 Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, it is your responsibility to check that the offers provided by the advertisers that you have selected meet your requirements before purchasing or participating in tasks, goods or services. These actions are subject to the terms and Conditions of the Advertisers and not covered by these Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 4.1.3 You may only use the Website for lawful purposes. When, or if, you contact us by email at enquiries@yourcashback.co.uk , you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to all communications being sent to you electronically via the email address that you provide to us when you do this. You agree that such communications will satisfy any legal requirement for the communication to be in writing.

4.1.4 Your failure to correctly follow these Conditions may result in no earnings being credited to your account. In this case, you will have no recourse against us or advertisers on the site.

4.1.5 We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel your access to the site at any time and without notice.

4.2 Eligibility

You are only eligible to sign up and continue to be a member of YourCashback if you meet the following criteria:

  • You use your true legal identity in your registration details on the site and in participating in any third party Offers;
  • You are over 16 years of age;
  • You have a bank or PayPal account;
  • Your permanent place of residence is at an address in the UK; and,
  • You provide and maintain a valid email address in your account details.

4.3 Your responsibilities

4.3.1 In order for you to receive your cashback, you must ensure you complete the tasks in line with the tasks, specific, Terms and Conditions. You much also complete the tasks through the link that we provide (which includes your UID. If you do not complete the task through our link this will not track and you will not receive your cashback for this task.

4.3.2 Do not use a VPN, proxy, Tor or any type of masked connection/software. Do not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Site or extract data.

4.3.3 Do not use your YourCashback account outside of the UK. The offers listed are related to the country you signed up in. Accessing your account and taking surveys out of the country of registration can be seen as fraudulent and may result in termination of your membership. This also applies if you go on holiday out of the country.

4.3.4 You agree that whilst a Member of YourCashback, all the information you provide in connection with it shall be at all times true and correct to the best of your information, knowledge and belief. You are required to use the site in an ethical manner. Providing incorrect or inaccurate information for the purpose of misleading others is committing fraud. Should we suspect your misuse of the YourCashback site, we reserve the right to terminate your Account without notice.

4.3.5 You are responsible for the security of your Account. From time to time we may ask you to update your Account password as part of our security measures. Please follow the steps, when asked, and if you have any queries or concerns please email members@yourcashback.co.uk.

4.3.6 You agree that you will not transfer your Cashback to any other person or third party, barter them for goods or services or deliberately or negligently enable any other person to obtain the benefit of Cashback awarded to you with or without your consent and that you will keep your Account details secret from others. You also agree that in opening an Account with us you are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, anyone else.

4.4 Our responsibilities

4.4.1 The personal data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By signing up as a Member of our site, your email address will be used to send you new offers that are relevant to you. You can unsubscribe from emails and delete your account within YourCashback at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information. In line with our policy on fraud, we may ask you for proof of identity (ID). This information would be permanently destroyed upon verification of your ID.

4.4.2 When you sign up as a Member of YourCashback we add an initial sign up bonus (£5.00) to your account.  Cash Out Conditions will apply to payment of this.

4.4.3 When you ‘Refer a Friend’ you will ‘earn’ 10% of the cashback earned by the user that you have referred, for their activity. This does not include any sign up bonus that we offer. It will only be 10% of their cashback for the offers that they have participated in.

4.5 Cash Out Conditions

4.5.1 You may only withdraw funds from your Account when you have reached a minimum threshold value (£15.00) and completed at least one offer on each of the first ten levels.

4.5.2 We reserve the right to adjust the balance of your Account in respect of non-payment from Advertisers, refunds or returned products, suspected or actual dishonesty, and/or mistakes including, but not limited to, accounting errors. This may lead to the balance of your Account being affected from time to time. You and we will use reasonable endeavours to deal with and rectify Account inaccuracies, and you agree that we shall have no liability to you or any third party in respect of them, including our inability to rectify them to your satisfaction.

4.5.3 We will regularly review the balance of Cashback credited to your Account. When you are eligible to cash out your Cashback a 'Request Cash Out' button will appear and once clicked you will be sent a payment via BACS or PayPal, or any other electronic method we may use in the future, in an amount equivalent to the then balance of your Account, subject to each of the following criteria being met:

  • A minimum balance threshold level of £15.00 has been reached
  • Cash Out will only be paid in £15.00 increments. You will need to accumulate another £15.00 in Cashback after the first Cash Out is paid to be paid out again.
  • You have provided us with your own personal Bank Details or PayPal details that match the name of your Account.

4.5.4 As part of our policy to counter fraud, when sending your initial payment via PayPal we may make a small validation payment of £0.01 to your PayPal account to confirm compliance with these Conditions. We reserve the right to withhold payment if there is a suspected breach of these Conditions. If we believe you are breaching the Conditions we will ask you for proof of ID, such as a driving license, which will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.5.5 We reserve the right to withdraw a Member’s facility for payment by PayPal and pay only by BACS.

4.5.6 If you request your payment direct to your nominated bank account, you acknowledge that in the event that you provide incorrect bank account details your payment cannot be re-issued. We are unable to accept any liability in respect of you providing incorrect bank account details.

4.5.7 Upon remittance of the payment to you, the balance of your Account in respect of which it has been issued will be nil regardless of whether or not the payment is safely received by you.

4.5.8 You are able to raise a dispute regarding a missed payment for up to 3 months after the date that you request to cash out. If you raise a dispute within this period, we will investigate and reply to you within 10 working days. After 3 months, are unable to accept disputes for missed payments and we will not be held liable for these.

4.5.9 You acknowledge and agree that regardless of the size of the balance in your Account, the amount shall be automatically voided (so that you will not be entitled to any payment in respect thereof) in any and all of the following circumstances:

  • If we should experience any event or process forming part of an insolvency, administration, receivership or winding up;
  • If YourCashback should cease operations; or,
  • If for any reason, we should be unable to continue further funding of the YourCashback, in whole or in part and whether as regards some or all participants in it.

4.5.10 If we believe you are breaching any of the Conditions we will ask you for proof of ID which will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy before we make a payment to you.

4.6 Account queries

4.6.1 Your contractual relationship as a Member is with us. You should contact us in connection with any aspect of offers appearing on the YourCashback site whether for the purposes of raising a query, seeking further information or making a complaint/claim relating to your account.

4.6.2 Whilst many Advertisers report credits within a few days of an Approved Transaction being completed, some do not report them to us until their returns period has expired. In the event that you completed an Approved Transaction in full compliance with all associated Conditions and the cashback is not pending as a credit to your Account, then in order to resolve it, send an email with supporting evidence to our members@yourcashback.co.uk as a result of which we will then attempt to make recovery from the Advertiser. Whilst we shall use reasonable endeavours to recover Cashback for non-tracked transactions, we shall have no responsibility or liability for such delay or failure.

4.6.3 We cannot support untracked task support requests where the transaction occurred more than 90 days ago.

4.7 Account closure

4.7.1 If your Account remains inactive for a period of 6 months your Account will be closed as follows:

• If there is cash earned in your account but you have not reached the minimum threshold for payment, no monies would be due and the account will be closed.

• If cash earned in your account is above the threshold for payment we will notify you to request your cash out before we close your account.

You may sign up as a Member of YourCashback with a different email address so long as you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in 4.2.

4.7.2 We reserve the right to close your Account at our discretion. We may close your Account at any time where:

  • You are in breach of the terms of these Conditions;
  • You do not access your Account for 6 months (see privacy policy for details on balances held); or
  • We suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.7.3 If we close your Account because of a breach by you of these Conditions you agree that you will not seek to register with YourCashback again, whether using the same or a different identity to that under which you originally registered.

4.8 Breach of Conditions

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our partner organisations, officers and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense or damage (including reasonable legal fees) relating to your breach of any of these Conditions.


5 - Use of content

  1. The content of the pages of this website is for your information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  2. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors.
  3. This website contains material which is owned by us and the companies that are featured on it. This material includes, but is not limited to, the content, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the intellectual property and copyright section below, which forms part of these terms and Conditions.

6 - Material on other companies’ websites

  1. This Website includes links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy policies. When you leave our Website, we encourage you to read the privacy policy and the terms and Conditions of every website you visit.
  2. We do not control and are not responsible for Advertisers’ websites or their content or availability. We do endorse the companies’ websites that we feature in terms of suitability for your consideration but we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss you may suffer from accessing their websites or any material on them.
  3. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that offer details on our site are correct. We are not responsible for incorrectly advertised offers.
  4. YourCashback is provided on a strictly “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the ‘offers’ will meet your requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error free nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the YourCashback site or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through it.

7 - User generated content and conduct

Other than your personal data, which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you enter on to the Website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We shall have no obligations with respect to such material. We and our agencies shall be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

If posting material on our site, you must not misuse the Website in any of the ways detailed in clause 9. below.


8 - Service and access

Every effort is made to keep our website online 24 hours a day. However, we take no responsibility and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control at any time or for any period.

At any time, we reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate YourCashback, any part of it or any feature within it, and/or restrict the hours of availability of the site without cause or liability and without your consent. Your continued use of the YourCashback shall indicate your agreement to changes to the Conditions of use. We will notify you of changes in a message for when you log in to your account.   It is, also, your responsibility to check back here for updates.


9 - Viruses, hacking and other offences

  1. You must not misuse our website by, knowingly, introducing viruses, trojans, worms, ‘logic bombs’ or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  2. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of -service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
  3. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
  4. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Whilst you may print or download extracts from the Website for your own personal use you may not otherwise download, store, transfer, copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, transmit, adapt, alter, create derivative works from or otherwise extract or reutilise any material contained on this website for commercial purposes without our express written prior permission and unless you: (a) acknowledge us as the source of the material; and (b) inform the third party to whom you are disseminating the information of these ‘Conditions’ and the fact they apply to them

11 - Updates

Search Professionals Ltd. may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the YourCashback site. This set of terms and Conditions was created in October 2023.


12 - Jurisdiction

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising form, or related to, a visit to our site (although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country). These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
